save button is not working in incident trable how can you find the query?

How are you sure that the Save button isn't working? Are the records not being inserted, or is there another issue? Please share some screenshots for a better understanding.

Hi @Saishashank ,

 

Have you checked the UI action to understand why it's not working? What is it that is not working? Doesn't it save the record at all or?
