Innovation Lab: Developer Workspace install

I've installed the Developer Workspace from Innovation Lab that was handed out on a one-pager during Knowledge24 and I'm getting one record failure as part of the plugin that I can't address. Has anyone else installed this and had a similar issue?

Hi @David A2, was this installed within your own PDI or customer instance.  Would you be able to share the one-pager so I can give this a go to see if the same error occurs?
