install dependant application to Workforce optimization

I’m following the ServiceNow Workforce Optimization Essentials learning Course, but cannot follow in my own PDI instance as being advised I need to install this Service Operations Workspace dependant applications - sn_ms_epcfgmgr_spk. 

How can i introduced this dependant application to my instance

Yes, there are many plugins that we can’t install in a PDI, and that’s expected.
So, what you do in a lab environment may not be 100% replicable in a PDI.

What is the process for procuring these dependent applications (copy of listed decencies attached) and what costs are associated?
