I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- Wait, it should come online after some time.
- Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, all development work that hasn't been backed up will be lost for good.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards

@venkata sai alu If you have already been waiting for quite some time then I suggest you to release the existing PDI instance and request for a fresh one. Unfortunately, there is no official support available for the Personal Development Instances and requesting a new instance is only solution available to resolve it.

When your ServiceNow PDI (Personal Developer Instance) goes offline, it usually happens due to inactivity. Instances are automatically reclaimed after a certain period of inactivity or become unavailable due to maintenance of PDIs.
Things to keep in mind-
- ServiceNow does not have support available for PDI.
- Usually, you can wait for some time if it says the instance will be available after the scheduled maintenance. You can wait around 3-4 days if you have some development done on PDIs without having a backup.
- Another way is that you can release your current instance or request a new one if it's urgently required.
- Please backup your changes every time, whenever you leave your PDIs after some development POCs to avoid unexpected delays.
Please appreciate the efforts of community contributors by marking the appropriate response as the correct answer and helpful. This may help other community users to follow the correct solution in the future.
