My PDI Was Deleted Unexpectedly

Hello ServiceNow Team,

I was actively using my Personal Developer Instance (PDI), and last accessed it on Friday. However, after only two days of inactivity (Saturday and Sunday), I found that my instance has been deleted.

I tried accessing the instance manager page, but it shows a 404 error. I had valuable development work on the instance. Could you please assist me in recovering it or explain what went wrong?

Hi @sauravkumer 

There is no support available for the old PDI. If the PDI is rolled back, we as a community can help her a lot. You can also request a new PDI, but you won’t be able to retrieve data from the old PDI anymore.

1# what happen - nobody knows. This is a free service without support. So sometimes this can happen.

2# how to recover - not possible. Always remember to back up your development work according to best practice.
