  1. Try in a different browser (Looks like you already did that and in incognito also)
  2. Check if the same issue with other PDI also, if yes then something with the laptop/browser.
  3. If the issue is only for your one PDI and in all browsers/laptops then unfortunately you might need to release that and grab a new one.
