Hi @Ashish04
A Personal Developer Instance (PDI) does not allow installation of Stored applications from Servicenow Store.
To install the application, you must use an instance where you have the required permissions. This requires authorized credentials provided either by the customer or your organization, with a role that permits application installation.
This cannot be performed on a PDI.

Hi @Ashish04
It looks like you are trying to install an app from the Store, which requires vendor approval. It may have some licensing or cost implications, so please check with the vendor for more details.
I assume you are not installing this in a PDI and are trying it in a customer instance. If you are testing it in a PDI, you should be able to get the app without this approval process.
