SNPI - Explore Now Create - Failed

I followed all the steps and I select "Import XML" and attached the XML file that I exported from here: https://nowlearning.service-now.com/nowcreate?id=sp_overview&sp_id=3c6d5430db2490509d7e0114b99619b0

But when I select upload, the project does not displayed.

Hi @Meertguler,

have you followed the steps from SNPI?

Usually the exported XML looks a bit different, but I don't remember uploading any XNL from Now Create so it doesn't mean anything.

Please describe how exactly do you perform the import of XML?

If you will import the XML in sys_user table but it will be related to pm_project it will not be visible, you need to go the target table... or please provide more context if possible

Facing the same problem, I downloaded the XML file, however when I click to upload into the platform, anthing happened. The file is not uploaded and don't create the respective project
