Hi All,

Its been more than two weeks I am trying to login in to my ServiceNow PDI, however it has been saying under maintenance I am not sure what went wrong. Does any one have any idea about what should I do now to get my instance back.

Hi @Hashim1995

Latest update from SN:

We're currently experiencing issues with Personal Developer Instances (PDIs). Our team is actively working on a resolution. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.

Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
