Hi,

I am using a personal developer instance and would like to request that the Natural Language Understanding (NLU) plugin (`com.glide.nlu`) be enabled.

My instance name is: //dev281787.service-now.com
(This is for development and learning purposes only.)

Please let me know if this request can be fulfilled, or if there are any further steps required.
