Not able to add the problem to the task- i have added the problem to the favourites but it cant be added to the task board

Hi @IshitaD ,
Board Type Matters

  • Freeform Boards support dragging and dropping any task-type record (including Problem).
  • Data-Driven Boards are limited to specific single tables (e.g., Incident).

If your board is data-driven and filters for Incident, Problem records won't appear.

How have you configured the VTB. Can you please share a snippet of your configuration? Is it s free form or guided board?
