how to change the color of * in mandatory fieds

i am trying to change its color to red for a spefic condition that i am implementing using ui policy.

Ootb it's red if value nilot filled and once it filled it show black which is as per design, and UI policy has nothing to do with colour of *

As per my knowledge ,  color change on asterisk is not supported  feature by Servicenow.

 

OOB if for mandatory field ,value is not there , Red asterisk will show.

else Black.
