Hi Everyone, I am Soumitra Dutta an entrepreneur & photographer, working on an app in Creator Studio and I have like to automate some of the processes within it. I am looking for tips, best practices, or examples of how you’ve set up automation in your apps.

The only answer is "by utilizing the features ServiceNow supports".

It would be a big help in answering your question if you tell us what you are building. 'Some of the processes' tells us nothing. There's a huge difference between automating email sending/receiving or automating a billing process, including PDF exports, signature approvals and updating external applications.
