Playbook Created in Creator Studio Not Visible in Workspace → Automation

I’ve created a Playbook using Creator Studio and now I want this Playbook to appear under Workspace → Automation. However, when I open the Workspace and navigate to the Automation tab, nothing is displayed — I only see a continuous loading icon.
