We have existing request forms for provisioning application access and roles but they are getting out of hand with the number of forms. I would like direction in having one global provisioning form that would allow selection of an application(s) that presented the required existing form within the global form. I would like to use the existing forms without having to rebuild all of them. What would be the best way to accomplish this?
