Hi everyone, I'm facing an issue in my ServiceNow PDI (Personal Developer Instance). When I try to open the Task table, the form view opens, but when I click Show List, it doesn't display nothing its blank no header column names.

Also, when I type task.list in the Application Navigator, it doesn't open the list nothing happens. same for the task form it's not showing anything no fields. now if i create a new table extending the task table that table also shows nothing. but the already existing table like incident, problem show its list.

Any idea how to fix this.

thanks in advance.

Hi @LAXMIPRIYAM

Since it's PDI, I believe that it might not be fully loaded or there could be a missing file when retrieving the PDI. If not much has been done, it would be better to release the current PDI and retrieve a new one. The reason is that there is no support for PDI, and these kinds of issues are difficult to get RCA and then fix. From my understanding, OOTB typically shows at least 1-2 fields in the list view. I recommend obtaining a new PDI.

@LAXMIPRIYAM

seems some issue with instance.

Try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again

Hello @LAXMIPRIYAM

You would be getting "Refresh Instance" option in your login page - where you click Start Building - you can click on that and the instance will be refreshed. This should fix the issue. This sometimes happens in PDI.

Even Application NAvigator page doesn't loads sometime.

Kindly mark my answer as helpful and accept solution if it helped you in anyway. This will help me be recognized for the efforts and also move this questions from unsolved to solved bucket.
