Regarding document id field

Hello,
I have created a document id field for a table and i have created a dependent field and gave the attributes of the required tables which i want to populate.Now the tables are correctly showing up, but the table name is displayed by the backend name, i want the table label, how can i do that?

that's OOTB behavior and it will store table name and not label

that's by design, you can't alter
