Trigger SLA Task

Dear community.

I created the following Flow. During testing it was noticed that the flow runs 3 times. The Execution show 1 complete and 2 errors.(Picture below). In the complete one is the calling source the sla definition. In the error ones is the calling source the incident itself, thats why the flow runs into an error.

Does anyone knows why this is happening?

We already checked other flows with sla task but haven't run.

As you can see the flow runs 3 time at nearly the same time.
