WEBASSESSOR and now learning link issue

i am trying to link my now learning and webassessor accounts ,but i don't get conformation email and when i am go to place exam and apply the vocher then it shows like

your now learning and webassessor must mapped in now learning account.this vocher is not fir him.

 It take 24 hrs to link Now learning and web assessor account. If you waited more then that log a now learning case.
