Many teams rely on manual forms, email chains, or spreadsheets to handle occasional requests, approvals, and coordination tasks that don’t fit into routine processes.
Now Assist in Creator Studio helps digitize these workflows by allowing users to describe a form in natural language, reducing manual setup, ensuring consistency, and speeding up development of ad-hoc request and fulfillment apps.

Unlike some of our NowAssist skills,  form generation in Creator Studio is non-conversational,  offering users the ability to provide a description, which Now Assist uses to generate a structured form based on that input, if the initial generation does not match expected results a user can change the prompt and generate until they get optimal results.

Best Practices for Form Descriptions

Since Now Assist in Creator Studio is non-conversational, form descriptions must be clear and detailed from the start. A well-structured description ensures that the generated form aligns with user needs.

Tips for Writing Effective Form Descriptions:

  • Be Specific – Clearly define the purpose of the form and the required fields.
  • List Key Fields – If certain fields are mandatory, mention them in the description.
  • Include Dependencies – If field behavior depends on other inputs, describe those relationships.

Example Descriptions:

“Generate a travel request form that includes traveler name, destination, trip dates, justification, and approval workflow.”

“Create an asset borrowing form that tracks item details, requester’s department, loan duration, and return confirmation.”

“Build a recognition award nomination form that captures nominee details, reason for recognition, and approval steps.”

Providing structured input helps Now Assist generate accurate, usable forms without requiring regeneration or manual adjustments.
