What is the role "service_viewer"

I understand that the role "service_viewer" is used for "viewing" table of CMDB.
Is this role included in Fulfiller? Or Fulfiller has stronger rights to edit/create record of CMDB, so "service_viewer" is not needed?

for roles, you can check the Docs: Roles for CSDM service table configurations and service mappings

Roles Description

Service Administrator [service_admin]	Can Create a service table configuration in Service Portfolio Management.
Service Editor or Service Author [service_editor], [service_author]	Can read a configuration in Service Table Configuration. Can Configure CSDM service mappings, only if the user is the owner of the service.
Service Viewer [service_viewer]	Can read a configuration in Service Table Configuration. Can read CSDM service mappings.

I found that it is including the role "cmdb_read" and this role is also included in "itil_admin".
