Where to check the cases I create in the past?

NowSupport seems to have a layout change recently.
I couldnt click the cases so have no ways to check their details
and couldnt find the botton to create new case.
Does anyone have ideas?

(in English)

Click on Help Center menu in Lxp homepage (URL given below)

for new case -> Create a Case

To check old case ->Click on View ALL

But this seems to be the case related to ServiceNow University but not NowSupport cases?
I couldnt click "view all", proabably because I never use ServiceNow University.

Use My trick to check all cases in Hi portal.

  • Login to hi.service-now.com
  • You will get landing page :support.servicenow.com/now
  • Change the URL to : support.servicenow.com/navpage.do
  • From navigation, select All Case.
  • View it
