Workflow Studio - Training and documentation

I am looking for documentation or training that will help my business analysts get started with building no-code workflows using Workflow Studio.   I have not found anything on NowLearning or the ServiceNow developer site.  

I appreciate any suggestions or recommendations.

Note, I am not asking about the old Workflow module, I am referring to the new "Workflow Studio"

This is the new module that pulls together Processes, Flows, Subflows, Actions and Decision Tables.

In particular I am looking for documentation for the Business Analysts to be able to use the Processes section.

opps.. Workflow studio is just a consolidated place for Flow / Subflow / PAD etc, It is the new interface. 

I covered few things about Workflow Studio in my video. If you navigate by your self you will see lot of things in WS. Give a try.
