[Zurich] Creator Studio Fundamental training - Lab 2 Problem

I'm taking the On-demand Course = Creator Studio Fundamentals - Zurich

In Lab 2 I have an issue: 

In the second part I'm asked to "Add A Manager Approval Activity".

I complete these 3 steps as provided.

But when I Save and Close the activity, I get an error: Missing start rule

When opening the activity again, the Condition When playbook starts is unchecked!

I can select and Save again - the problem is not gone. It looks like the condition will not be saved?

Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong? Actually I di follow each step exactly as described...
