Abstract:

Give your dumb office devices a "dash" of intelligence with inexpensive buttons your employees can use to request services or trigger actions. Every day more devices get embedded systems to tell us when they need service. However, we all still have to deal with the critical dumb devices that bring productivity to a halt when they are "offline"— like the coffee machine! In this session, we'll show you how to use an Amazon Dash Button to create records and activate integrations in ServiceNow in just minutes. This workshop requires ServiceNow application development background. You will be using Studio to create tables, flows, REST APIs, and other scripts.
