Abstract:
In this session, Sabre will demonstrate how they implemented an enterprise DevOps CI/CD pipeline using ServiceNow. You'll learn how the use of ServiceNow’s Change Management module, CMDB, and scripted REST APIs enabled developers to deploy Docker containers on demand securely in development, certification, and production cloud environments.
Attendees will learn how to:
- Use scripted REST APIs to integrate ServiceNow with DevOps tools like Jenkins and TeamCity
- Automate verification of CMDB services and relationships
- Enhance the CDMB to support container and cloud deployments
- Integrate Change Management into the development process
