Abstract:
ServiceNow is great for application development and bringing order to process. Workflows and forms can make organizations incredibly productive, and the record producer creates a wealth of records containing critical information about your processes that often remain unlocked. In this workshop, we will look at using Performance Analytics to supercharge an existing application to drive additional insight and meaning for an application's key stakeholders.
