How Collectible Community Cards Works!
- Step 1: Scan & Download the App
- Download the app, set up your avatar, and get ready to play!
- Step 2: Visit All CreatorCon Stops
- Use the app to find key locations! Scan each stop to unlock a Knowledge 2025 digital card. Collect all the location cards to earn your Knowledge '25 event card which is the key to your exclusive CreatorCon 2025 T-shirt!

- Earned your tee? The game isn’t over yet! Scan cards from fellow attendees to continue to build your collection. This will earn points for yourself and for your randomly assigned team.
What Should You Pack?
Here’s what you should bring along:
- Laptop! – Don’t forget this! If you are participating in any labs or hands-on sessions, this is a necessity.
- Comfortable shoes – You’ll be on your feet more than you expect. Go for comfort, not just style.
- Notebook or tablet – For jotting down inspiration, tips, or contact info during sessions and workshops.
- Chargers & power bank – Between photos, app use, and networking, your phone will need a midday boost.
- Water bottle – Stay hydrated and ready to learn. Most venues have refill stations!
- Light jacket or hoodie – Conference centers love their air conditioning.

Tips & Tricks for an Optimal CreatorCon Experience
- Check the agenda early. Mark your must-attend sessions in advance so you’re not scrambling once things begin.
- Arrive early to sessions. Workshops and labs often fill up quickly. Get there early to snag a good spot.
- Say hi to strangers. Everyone’s here to learn and build together. If someone’s wearing a ServiceNow MVP pin or a ServiceNow backpack, chances are they’ve got great tips (or collectible cards) to share.
- Use the ServiceNow Community to follow up. Meet someone awesome? Share your CreatorCon recap or session thoughts on the Community. Keep the momentum going long after the event ends.
