Abstract:

After a maxed out session on this topic at K18, this year I will be taking this session to the next level by facilitating a workshop to help troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery leveraging the code and techniques we use in our featured Application, Discovery Admin.

In this session, participants will troubleshoot 1000s of Discovery Log errors within minutes, leveraging our best practices followed by a working session showing them how our app (which is deployed at several customers in production including one with 275K+ employees) works, and share the core scripts and capabilities that will allows participants to leverage that on their own instances.
