Hello, thank you for the overview, is there any customer sharable document (PPT/PDF) that contains an overview of the 'Delta' simmilar to what is SPM product team sharing for each release?
see: SPM release, SPM Zurich, SPM Store release Servicenow, we find that very useful in the SPM domain, it would be great to have a simmilar for CSM.
