To refresh Now Assist Virtual Agent if it's not working:
1. Go to All > Conversational Interfaces > Assistants
2. Select Now Assist in Virtual Agent - BP
3. Click on Save and Continue until the last step
That's it! Now you can go back to the portal and try it again
