I am excited to share with you all that our latest Customer Service Management Success Pack, Maximize Agent Productivity, has launched on Now Create!

This Success Pack focuses on the capabilities and features that can increase the overall agent experience on the ServiceNow platform ... and thus lead to an increase in agent productivity!
The Maximize Agent Productivity Success Pack includes a number of new assets (as well as the inclusion of some existing ones) that span topics such as Advanced Work Assignment, Playbooks, Now Mobile, and Workspaces.
To highlight what is new to Now Create within the Success Pack, I want to focus on the set of Advanced Work Assignment for CSM and Playbooks with CSM assets!
