I hadn't realized how advanced the Email recommendations had become. I recorded this short video after playing around with a demo and it is wild:

1) Will ask qualifying questions

2) Understands Case progression and provide alternate responses

3) Addresses specific customer input and Comments

 

and of course

 

4) Tells your customers how to fix stuff!

 

This entire demo is basically out of the box with no custom elements and all answers are provided by the demo Knowledge Articles that also come out of the box when you z boot an instance.
