All fields in the record are appearing as read-only after submission of the form.

After submitting the record producer, the Case record is successfully created. However, the issue is that all fields in the record are appearing as read-only. I’ve reviewed the ACLs, UI Policies, and Client Scripts, but haven’t been able to identify the root cause

after record producer submission where is user taken? share screenshot

since you said using table.LIST also same behavior, then it means definitely ACL issue.

Did you create your own table level ACLs when you created that table?

what's your findings with Access analyzer? Did you use that feature to debug ACL?

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

@Ankur Bawiskar

after record producer submission where is user taken? User will be in Portal itself.

since you said using table.LIST also same behavior, then it means definitely ACL issue. - It is happening with only one record producer other (Record Producers) with same table doesn't have any issue.

Did you create your own table level ACLs when you created that table? Yes

what's your findings with Access analyzer? Did you use that feature to debug ACL? I have used 'Debug security rule' Module.

@saketh poola

so is that admin/non-admin user passing table.None READ ACL?

Had it been an issue with record producer etc then why it's not working in native as well.

how the table list and form looks when the table is opened in native?
