[Article :- 7] To add Customer Information, Customer History tab for custom table for CSM workspace

Hi All,

I hope this article is helpful for anyone using a custom table in the CSM/FSM Workspace and looking to implement functionality similar to the out-of-the-box (OOB) Core Case. It explains the configurations that need to be updated to enable the same functionality for a custom table.

 Customer History : In order to achieve customer History in custom table need to modify following configuration. sys_ux_screen -> Select "Customer Activity default" and require to add table name in screen condition & Macroponent component part.

Customer Information : In order to achieve customer Information in custom table need to modify following configuration.
sys_ux_screen -> Select "Customer Information default" and require to add table name in screen condition & Macroponent component part.
