Automatic Qualification of work orders

Hi,

I have disabled - Qualification is required for new requests.

As per servicenow document(please refer below link), it says if above is disabled than work orders automatically be qualified and moved directly to the next state that is configured for Field Service Management.

Can I understand the flow how it works?

Because after disabling the above property, I still see the new work order is in draft state but not in Qualified state.

How the flow happens can you explain step by step from draft to qualified state automatically on work order

Thanks in advance

From my understanding, when Qualification is disabled, Awaiting Qualificaiton & Qualified are replaced by Ready for dispatch.

Work Order states when Qualification is enabled:

Draft -> Awaiting Qualification -> Qualified -> Assigned -> Work in progress -> Complete

Work order states when Qualificaiton is disabled:

Draft -> Ready for dispatch -> Assigned -> Work in progress -> Complete
