Hi Uzzawal -
B2C = Business to Consumer, meaning direct service from the service org to the external consumer.
B2B2C = Business to Business to Consumer, meaning the service org sells to the external business/customer who then sells to the consumer. A common example might be a cell phone plan. The cell provider sells to a company who contracts an employee discount, but the employees view their bills, get tech support, etc, directly with the cell provider.
