Case routing through AWA is not working

Hello Team,

 

I have created Queue and assignment rule to map assignment group and assigned to fields in a case form. But that is not working. please find the screenshots of my configuration and let me know for your suggestions

Hello @swapnabethi,

 

Make sure you have added your newly created service channel to the "Available" presence state.
