Changing the attribute name of the default "Offline"'s presence state

Could I change the attribute "name" of the "Offline" presence state without risk to other features or it is not a good practice? I am using the presence state in CSM Workspace to work with Interactions and cases.

I would say it's not a good practice to change the OOB presence state name and trying to make it specific to one workspace.

However for you to do some trails, follow below steps:

  1. Open awa_presence_state.LIST table
  2. Modify the state name or create new one as required.
  3. There's a field called 'service channels' in the record. It is not present in form layout. You need to bring it to form to see what it stores or to update.
