CSM agent workspace's compose email text field is missing basic right click options as OOB

Hi, 

How to paste text from clipboard to CSM agent workspace's compose email field, using mouse right click?

Seems like basic mouse right click options are missing from CSM configurable workspace's compose email field as OOB. My client would like to paste data from clipboard to compose email field, using mouse right click (for example if you right click text field anywhere else, you get the copy-paste options, but not here).

Seems like there's only some hyperlink-option when right clicking compose email text field?

Any ideas?

We just moved to Utah.  Our users are reporting a missing copy button on the tool bar inside the email feature.   Meanwhile, Control V, Control C do work.   We would like to know how to get the copy button back.

In Xanadu and still not possible to paste from clipboard to e-mail composer in Workspaces.

I tried to check draft e-mail page from my experience via UiBuilder, but there was not any right click options.

Could it be somewhere in "the backend"? Has anyone found solution to this?
