CSM and FSO workspace limitations for atf test script preparation for Dispute Management

I'm currently facing some challenges in writing the ATF test script for Dispute Case creation. I would really appreciate it if you could share how you’re approaching this or provide a sample script or any key inputs. This would be very helpful for me to proceed further. Can you provide me is there any limitations or whether it is feasible or not.

there are some limitations when it comes to ATF for configurable workspace

You will have to rely on Custom UI Steps to grab the HTML component and then click those as there are not many OOTB steps for Configurable Workspace in ATF.

then I already informed that there are limitations when it comes to Configurable workspace for ATF

Hopefully ServiceNow includes more steps going forward for Configurable workspace.
