CSM Lookup and verify Error message

Christian Prob2

Hello,

we are using case types and have extended the sn_customerservice_case table accordingly.

Now we see this error message popping up in CSM/FSM configurable workspace (and I believe elsewhere as well):

"Info Message: Unable to identify source of the Read operation on table 'x_[my_custom_table_name_here]' from scope 'CSM Configurable Workspace Lookup and Verify'. No Restricted Caller Access privilege records were created. The operation was allowed because target resource RCA policy is set to 'Tracking', but will be blocked with the 'Restricted' policy. Please contact the application admin."

Which is obviously a bit annoying as without knowing where it's coming from it does not generate an RCA record, but without it's a bit tricky to find the source 😞

I have tried to add a few more general RCA records, but so far did not hit the correct ones apparently.

Also we have two CSA records in place (for the source scope in the screenshot and for "CSM Configurable Workspace Lookup and Verify"):

Any pointers?

Thanks,

Christian

@Christian Prob2

Did you try creating a cross scope privilege record after your marked RCA as Allowed?

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hi, as mentioned and said in the error message, no RCAs are generated and the ones I tried to guess and created "allowed" did not help. Also looked at the logs but no luck there either.
