CSM - Scheduling recurring work from a template on a specific business day

I am using templates to create a case and want to schedule the case to trigger on a specific business day each month. I have not been successful in the scheduling portion. I am trying to trigger on the 3rd business day, I am using Run=Business Calendar: Entry Start, Business Calendar=Month, Offset Type= Future, Offset = 3 days. It's presenting a run date of 8/4, I'd expect it to be 8/5. 

I'd appreciate any suggestions on how to accomplish this.

could you share what you did? I mean the actual configuration record, it might be helpful to understand it

I've attached the configuration. I want this case to present on the third business day of the month, I am looking for 8/5/26. The system is telling me it will present on 8/4/26.
