I am trying to create a custom responsibility to provide different access to contacts based on a condition.
For ex: case editor - should get access to read and write when certain conditions are fulfilled .
case reader - should get access to only read when certain conditions are fulfilled .
I am not preferring to do it in ACLs .
However, the script includes evaluating responsibility has hardcoded responsibilities Authorized account and Authorised representative . On the servicenow docs site it says :
To create entries to the Applies to Relationship, Access Levels, or Accessible Entities fields in the Responsibility Access Configuration table, you must migrate all existing configurations for these fields in the global.CSMRelationshipConstantsSNC script include.
Is the only way to do this is by customising the script include or is there a migration fix script ?
