Hi Team,

 

I have a requirement in ServiceNow where the customer is asking to bring the case number

Example : EBL0000068 have 2 Case in the related list.

can someone please suggests is there any way that we can bring the related list case number in separate field .

 

For some EBL0000069  are 7 to 8 cases as well.

 

can some one please suggest what can be done here in order to fulfill the requirement is there any way that we can get

@Alpha_K , adding a separate field on the portal to display comma-separated cases isn’t a good approach. Since this is the OOTB portal, such heavy customization could lead to issues in future upgrades. Instead, there’s likely already a filter available on the portal to show cases requested by your business location. If not, it would be better to create a separate list view with the required filter rather than modifying this existing one.
