Dashboard (Reports) - Performance Analytics

I have a requirement to show the time difference between 'Duration' field and 'Time worked' field on a widget or Report of a Dashboard.

Can someone help me on this please ?

Ok, do you have performance analytics available? In general according to sum of records and calculations, the performance analytics is needed.
