Data visualization on Customer Service portal

Hi! 

 

Is it possible to add data visualizations on the customer service portal? The requirement is to be able to show e.g. a graph with cases closed per month, and that the graph should show only the cases for the company of whom the logged in user is a contact? Furthermore, are there drill-down possibilities for portal users? 

 

Played around with the Reports widget, but assume displaying the contents of the widget will require snc_internal.

yes that's possible, you can add platform analytics dashboard in customer service portal

yes you will have to see about the access as customer service portal is mostly used by snc_external and consumer users

Thanks, yes I saw the same thread but unfortunately so far it seems nobody has found a way around the issue with actually being able to display the visualizations to snc_external.
