Hello, I'm facing an issue when trying to access certain CSM tables via the portal. The error message reads :
"Access to API 'put(table_name.field)' from scope 'sn_customerservice' has been refused due to the API's cross-scope access policy."
Is there a solution for this? without using ACL

Its a cross scope previlage issue, you will have to allow whatever operation allowed fro other scopes on your table definition and also create a record in Application-Cross scope access configuring you Source and Target Sopes. If this helps please mark my response Helpful! Good day.
