Hi @sergiu_panaite ,
do we have any documents on integration between genesys cloud and servicenow.
additionally, I need to know that how the case is getting reassigned from Genesys to any user on ServiceNow. Upon reassign I have to create the custom work note. How we can define is it got reassigned from Genesys or not, is there any field on ServiceNow that defines this?
