Hi,
Our NOC engineers are having itil, sn_customerservice_agent & rota_manager etc roles. With rota_manager role they can able to edit the all On-Call schedule groups. Here our requirement is NOC engineer should have only read only access. For that we created, one new custom role: noc_engineer.
Please clarify, how to achive read only access on all On-Call shedules (thru ACL or any other way?)
